After an extensive chemotherapy and other laboratory tests, Stefano (Tom Rodriguez) fails to defeat his life-threatening disease as it reoccurs for the second time, causing Adelle (Carla Abellana) and Isabella (Coney Reyes) so much pain. Stefano then wishes to make the most of his life and decides to reunite with his brother Nikolai (Mikael Daez) even if his mother opposes the set-up he's looking for.
