She was considered a breakthrough artist because of her Tagalog hits that outshined most of her contemporaries. Because of her immense popularity, she was forced to do intimate and sexy music scenarios that will further boost her marketability to the public. However, her career began to stumble when certain family and job issues affected her physical and mental health.
