All Cora (Jackie Lou Blanco) ever wanted was to have a complete and happy family. After breaking up with her previous partner, she meets Nilo (Kier Legaspi) whom she decides to live with together with his father Omeng (Lou Veloso). As Cora's daughter, Emy (Yasmien Kurdi), grows up, she becomes a victim of abuse from her own stepfather that will carry on to her own children.
