Believing that their lives would be better when they get married, Abet (Gabby Eigenmann) and Emily (Lovi Poe) face marital woes as the former experiences a sudden change in behavior, which apparently became a mental disorder. In fear of their children's safety, Emily decided to move out before separating from her husband. As his madness reaches its breaking point, Abet gets to murder his own child with Joy (Alessandra de Rossi), his second wife. Will Abel get the medical attention that he rightfully deserves?
