Living alone in the province of Pangasinan with only her farm animals, Lola Minang (Gloria Romero) had her simple life intact until the day when Duday (Lindsay De Vera), the daughter of her son, came into her life. Even though she's scared that she is maybe too old to take care of a baby, Minang tries everything to raise Duday properly--even enrolling her in an elementary school just to help her granddaughter with her studies. From being a no-read-no-write guardian, Minang continues her education until high school despite her children being against the idea.
