Perlita Mendoza (Sunshine Dizon) and Giselle Carbonel (Angelika dela Cruz) live very different lives: the former, a poor yet hardworking mother who would do anything for her daughter, while the latter is a wealthy and ambitious woman who cares about nothing but beauty and power.
 
Their worlds collide as both women give birth to girls at the same time—Perlita to the gorgeous Darlene (Lauren Young) and Giselle to unattractive Marilyn (Louise delos Reyes). But on that fateful day, a switch happens: Perlita is given Marilyn as her daughter, while Giselle goes home with Darlene.
 
Will the truth ever be unveiled about that day?
