A fire suddenly broke out right after Barbara (Roxanne Guinoo) passed out while giving birth. After receiving the news of her deep coma, Daniel (Ryan Eigenmann) and her sister, Susan (Gladys Reyes), plan to give Barbara's newborn baby away to an orphanage. Merly (Angelu De Leon) overhears their conversation and decides to take the baby away.
