As part of their tribe's tradition, disgraced Badjaw, Manisan Arati (Jasmine Curtis-Smith, later Mylene Dizon), was arranged to get married to Salida's (Snooky Serna) son Aratu (Benjamin Alves) but things suddenly change when after they found out that she is pregnant with her secret boyfriend Harold (Gil Cuerva, later Zoren Legaspi). Upon giving birth to her daughter, Sahaya (Bianca Umali), the girl later develops an unexplainable power of healing and connection with water. Sahaya's ability and selflessness takes a toll as she adjusts her cultural origin to the modern world she's living in, where childhood friend Ahmad (Miguel Tanfelix) and Manila boy Jordan (Migo Adecer) grew to fall for her grace and humility.
