Jake Vargas celebrates birthday with young cancer patients

Before his birth month ended, Kapuso actor Jake Vargas celebrated his birthday with kids from Child Haus.
Cancer patients have a special place in Jake’s heart because of his mom who succumbed to colon cancer. Magdalena Vargas was given a year to live but she successfully fought for five more years until she passed away in 2010.
In a heartfelt conversation, he advised the patients’ parents to not give up and continuously pray.
As a treat, Jake performed his rendition of Basta’t Kasama Kita. In return, they gave him letters and birthday cards.
The birthday celebration was hosted by Arianne Bautista.
