GMA Kapuso Foundation (GMAKF) has partnered with Exceed Clinics, the leading prosthetics and orthotics provider in Southeast Asia, for its “Kapuso Para Sa Kawal” project. The initiative aims to provide medical and livelihood assistance to Filipino soldier amputees who served during the war in Marawi City. Exceed is among the major prosthetic partners that will help the soldiers with the requirements for acquiring transfemoral or transtibial prosthesis which will enable them to do most of the activities they were able to do before they got amputated. The injured soldiers will also undergo physical and psychological therapy.
