Limited-edition flavours include blueberry cheesecake, sapin-sapin, macaroon, mung bean mocha, sans rival, pastillas de leche, Arabica almond and more.
Sugarleaf strengthens its healthyummy range of products by launches two new lines epitomising its mission of serving healthy and yummy treats to every one of all ages.

Jello’s Probiotic Ice Cream is the concoction of Sugarleaf’s marketing and business development head Angelo N. Songco who also dabbles in dessert preparation. “I’ve always dreamed of having an ice cream parlour when I was a kid.  Little did I know that Sugarleaf would be the avenue to achieve this yet still be able to give a lot of health benefits to its consumers.”  Most flavours are vegan (coconut milk base provides creaminess without dairy products and cholesterol), low in fat and sugar, and contain billions of probiotics from the incorporation of Goody coconut milk kefir.

JIC features five bestselling flavours Vegan jolly green (spirulina, green tea and malunggay), Triple chocolate (raw cacao-tsokolate-cocoa), Vegan 5-berry (acai-blueberry-cherry-raspberry-strawberry), Cherry-pistachio and Vegan vanilla-vanilla bean.  Limited-edition flavours include blueberry cheesecake, sapin-sapin, macaroon, mung bean mocha, sans rival, pastillas de leche, Arabica almond and more.

For summer, JIC features four flavours of vegan (non-dairy) probiotic pops: Mango-passionfruit, Strawberry-kiwi, Orange-banana and Buco-spirulina – delightfully icy and creamy with the addition of coconut milk and coconut water kefir.

With prior notice, special orders for your dream ice cream flavour combination can be created in a healthier version!  Special orders for Macadamia-chocolate, Strawberry-kiwi and After 8 (chocolate mint) have been made for loyal customers. “We’ve had customers who shared that they have family members who do not like ice cream but have completely consumed entire packs of Jello’s Ice Cream.”

Sweety Pies…baked healthier is the brainchild of Gina Yambot who is an advocate of healthier dining options.  Most cakes and pastries use coconut sugar, a natural sweetener that is low-glycemic and can be enjoyed by diabetics (still in moderate amounts). Refined white sugar is completely avoided in the entire restaurant.  Wheat flour is used to provide additional fibre. Best sellers include organic carrot cake, sans rival, nut pies (macadamia, pecan and almond) and kefir cheesecake – creamy but low-fat and just very slightly tart as cream cheese is substituted with kefir curds sweetened with raw wild honey topped with organic blueberry.

Jello’s Ice Cream and Sweety Pies strengthen its roster of wholesome products including Healthy Picks organic fruits, vegetables and prepared products and Goody Kefir probiotic line of food and beverages.
