Sugarleaf hosts Forzudo’s free chia superfood talk

Healthy Choices by Sugarleaf launches the first of a series of free workshops promoting its partners in health and wellness with Forzudo’s chia talks on August 25, Saturday, 2:30 p.m. at Sugarleaf’s Wilson Street, Greenhills branch.

 

Founder and CEO David Hidalgo introduces one of his flagship products that have contributed to his personal journey towards good health.

 

David shares his in-depth knowledge of this potent superfood: chia, the seed of a weed grown in South America that is a treasure trove of many valuable nutrients and fiber. Discover its origins and health benefits, learn easy culinary applications and sample delicious treats using them in this engaging and highly informative talk.
