#A4Waist challenge quickly met with backlash, funny responses
A new "challenge" appeared on social media feeds this week involving a piece of paper. According to a report by Mashable, the trend started in China in February and it looks simple enough: Women stand in front of the mirror and they take a photo while holding an A4-sized paper close to their body.
The challenge, apparently, is for your waist to disappear behind the paper, which measures 8.3 inches across.
The trend was met with immediate criticism, with both men and women finding the standards set by the "challenge" ridiculous.

#A4Waist Nailed it! By the way, as a dad raising 4 kids (2 girls), can we stop the ignorant body image stuff now? pic.twitter.com/i6ME7RcoTY

Others took the dare and responded with humor.
Think the #A4WaistChallenge is an accomplishment?
