Celebrity baby Scarlet Snow never fails to spread the good vibes all over the world!

Over the weekend, a video of Scarlet was posted on her Instagram account. The clip is a short performance of "Top of the World" by The Carpenters and it's dedicated to OFWs in the Middle East.
