CamSur man goes wakeboarding in flooded street

A man decided to get some fun out of the floods caused by Tropical Depression Usman by going wakeboarding in the streets of Iriga City in Camarines Sur.

According to a report on 24 Oras Weekend, the video of Eugene Saysay wakeboarding behind a car in the streets of the flooded town has racked up at least 80,000 views. It has also been uploaded to YouTube.

Usman weakened into a low-pressure area before exiting the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) at around 11 a.m. on Sunday. — BM, GMA News
