This 92-year old lola is the newest crew member of a fastfood

It seems that age is only a number for 92-year old Lola Florirose "Rose" Talastas, the newest service crew member of a fastfood restaurant in Legarda, Manila.

Lola Rose chose to continue working and remaining physically active because she did not like being bored, according to an interview with Isa Avendaño-Umali of Super Radyo DZBB.

 

 

Lola Rose used to work as a traffic enforcer before taking on a job as a customer relations staff.

She goes to work four hours a day, and is assigned to do light chores during her shift.

As of posting, a picture of Lola Rose in her work uniform has garnered over 104,000 reactions on the GMA News Facebook page. —Angelica Y. Yang/JST, GMA News
