Ellen Adarna returns to Instagram, shares mantra for 2020

After disappearing from Instagram for almost three years, Ellen Adarna is back on the platform.

On Friday, she shared a video of herself skiing in Grindelwald, Switzerland.

"As per my instructor, 'keep going.' Should be my mantra this year!" she wrote.

The actress has over 3.2 million followers.

Her disappearance from IG coincided with her pregnancy in 2018.

But Ellen was not completely absent from the social media app last year. In May, furniture designer Vito Selma posted a photo of Ellen on Instagram flaunting her curves.
