Jackie Chan speaks Tagalog as newest face of this eCommerce platform

Jackie Chan just delighted Filipino fans with his Tagalog skills in the newest commercial of Shopee.

On Thursday, Shopee Philippines shared a 30-second video of the actor showing off his fighting skills and dancing to the eCommerce platform’s theme song.

Toward the end, he said with much confidence: “Bili na sa Shopee. Salamat, Shopee.”

As of writing, Jackie Chan is the sixth trending topic on Philippine Twitter with over 4,900 tweets.

According to his Facebook post, apart from the Philippines, he is also part of Shopee’s 9.9 Shopping Day campaign in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and Brazil. – Franchesca Viernes/RC, GMA News
