Kapuso artist Kelley Day joins Miss World Philippines 2019

Kelley Day is vying for a crown in the Miss World Philippines 2019 pageant.

The Kapuso artist is among the list of candidates that Miss World Philippines revealed on its Facebook page on Tuesday.

She joins fellow Kapuso stars Isabelle de Leon and Michelle Dee in the roster of contestants.

In an interview last June, Kelley expressed belief that she had what it takes to be a beauty queen.

The Filipino-British beauty, who stands a little over 5'7 tall, has a background in modeling before she started working on television.

Kelley currently co-stars in the GMA drama series "Dahil sa Pag-Ibig." —JST, GMA News
