Want to buy 'Art for Frontliners'? This group of artists already raised over P80k

A group of artists are offering their services to raise money to help frontliners and other Filipinos who have been affected by the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

According to the organizers, their "Art For Frontliners" intiative already raised P84,456 as of Wednesday, and they continue to call for donations in exchange for artwork.

Those who want to help can donate to any of the causes listed at "Help From Home" website and choose from their roster of artists and their preferred art style.

They currently have 21 artists listed here, and the price depends on the art style: Php 350/USD 7, Php 500/USD 10, and Php 1000/USD 20.

Donors must send the artist of their choice, reference photos, and proof of payment to their email: artforfrontlinersph@gmail.com.

The proceeds then go to the buyer’s chosen charity.

Their list of beneficiaries so far include Frontliners PH, UP Medical Foundation, and Zero Hunger PH.

Previously, Kapuso actor Tom Rodriguez also volunteered for the "Guhit Pantawid: Portraits for a Cause" project to encourage donations for daily wage earners.
