69th Miss Universe: Top 5

We are about to have a new Miss Universe as only five delegates remain.

After the elegant evening gown competition, the candidates were further cut to five. They are below:

1. Mexico
2. India
3. Brazil
4. Dominican Republic
5. Peru

The competition started with 74 delegates and were immediately cut to 21. 

The 21 semifinalists participated in the swimsuit competition before being slashed to the Top 10, who glided down the stage in their beautiful evening gowns. 

Philippine delegate Rabiya Mateo failed to secure a spot in the Top 10, exiting the pageant early in the Top 21. Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach and Miss Unvierse 2018 Catriona Gray promptly tweeted love and support for Rabiya. — LA, GMA News
