By GMA News

Ben&Ben just gave United States Secretary of State Antony Blinken, Ambassador to the Philippines MaryKay L. Carlson, and the whole US Embassy in the Philippines a preview of their new song.

On Twitter on Saturday, the US Embassy in the Philippines shared photos of Blinken watching as the Pinoy band performed.

“Thank you for sharing your music with us,” the caption read with the hashtag #SecBlinkenInPH.

Carlson also posted a photo of the performance, calling the band "amazing."

"Wow!  How great to hear the amazing @BenAndBenMusic live! Now I’m eager to hear more. What other Filipino music should I add to my playlist? #FriendsPartnersAllies #SecBlinkenInPH," she wrote.

Blinken arrived in the Philippines last Friday night for meetings with President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and his counterpart Foreign Affairs Secretary Enrique Manalo.

“Maraming salamat, Philippines! I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and am grateful for our enduring alliance, partnership, and friendship that advances our shared prosperity, security, and values in the Indo Pacific region,” Blinken added.
