Dolly De Leon arrives at the Golden Globes red carpet

Dolly De Leon has arrived at the 80th Golden Globe Awards and she is slaying the red carpet.

The Filipina actress wore an all-black leather outfit for the prestigious event. Her off-shoulder gown has tulle straps, and is completed with gloves and silver jewelry.

This year's Golden Globes is held on January 11 (Philippine time) at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California.

Dolly made history by being the first Filipina to be nominated for Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role in Any Motion Picture for “Triangle of Sadness.”

In the Palme d’Or winning film, Dolly played Abigail. She is a feisty toilet manager whose survival skills make her lead a group of shipwrecked survivors. The dark comedy also received an eight-minute standing ovation at the 2022 Cannes Film Festival.

Other nominees in the category include Angela Bassett for “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever,” Kerry Condon for “The Banshees of Inisherin,” Jamie Lee Curtis for “Everything Everywhere All at Once,” and Carey Mulligan for “She Said.”
