"Treasure yourself every single day," she captioned.

The photo is quite uncharacteristic for the 35-year-old nowadays, prompting fans and netizens to flood her comments section with shocked exclamations and support.

It was in November that Heart last shared something close to this caliber: a 2013 photo of her posing in a daring bikini as Tanduay's calendar girl.

In her caption, she said it was the "first and last time I ever did something like this."
