'Pitch Perfect' Bellas reunite to raise money for UNICEF

Anna Kendrick, Rebel Wilson, and the rest of the "Pitch Perfect" gang once again channelled their inner Bellas for a good cause amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Elizabeth Banks, who produced the film, just posted the Barden Bellas' special a cappella performance of Beyonce’s "Love On Top" on Instagram, featuring Kendrick, Wilson, and Hailee Steinfeld.

Anna Camp, Brittany Snow, Alexis Knapp, Ester Dean, Hana Mae Lee, Kelley Alice Jakle, Wanetah Walmsey and Shelley Regner also took part in the performance.

According to Banks, the Bellas got back together to raise funds in support of UNICEF's efforts to help children battle the COVID-19 pandemic.

Beneficiaries include families in Lebanon going through crisis after crisis, especially after the deadly blasts that rocked the capital Beirut earlier this month.

“Buckle up kids, the Bella’s are back… for a good cause! Families around the globe are suffering from the impact of the #COVID19 pandemic, especially those in Lebanon who are facing crisis after crisis. But we can all pitch in and help,” Banks wrote.

“Money raised from the downloads of our rendition of ‘Love on Top’ will go directly to UNICEF to help children in Lebanon and around the world who need our support right now,” she added.

“Pitch Perfect” is a 2012 comedy film that follows a competitive all-girl a cappella group called the Barden Bellas who become unlikely friends.

After the success of the first film, it was followed by two sequels Pitch Perfect 2 (2015) and Pitch Perfect 3 (2017).
