Here's a closer look at Kisses Delavin’s evening gown during Miss Universe Philippines prelims

Kisses Delavin slayed the Miss Universe Philippines 2021 evening gown competition in a stunning blue evening gown by Louis Pangilinan.

According to the Filipino fashion designer's Instagram post on Monday, the gown is called "Tinatangi" and is dedicated to the Masbate-born beauty queen's beloved supporters.

Pangilinan also said the gown's eye-catching blue color was inspired by the province's marine sanctuary, while small details like the beads, sequins, and crystal embellishment represent the people of her home province and "Team Kisses."

The Miss Universe Philippines 2021 preliminary evening gown competition was held at the Clark International Airport last Sunday.

More than 20 hopefuls from across the country have also showcased their national costumes, flaunted their fit bodies during the swimsuit competition, and tried to impress the judges with their wit in the preliminary interview.

A new queen is set to be crowned this Thursday (September 30) at the Henann Resort Convention Center in Panglao, Bohol.
