Miss Red Hotel: Lea Macapagal
Miss Bench: Tracy Perez
Miss GAOC: Michelle Arceo
Miss Derma Fix: Tracy Perez
Miss We Provide Inc: Shaila Rebortera

Bench Body Beach Beauty: Riana Pangindian
Tyro Sorta Sports Challenge: Dannah Tempra
Miss Photogenic: Kathleen Paton

Seven queens will be crowned at the end of the night: Miss World Philippines, Miss Eco Philippines, Reina Hispanoamericana Filipinas, Miss Tourism Philippines, Miss Environment International Philippines, Miss Multinational Philippines, and Miss Eco Teen Philippines.

Dindi Pajares was crowned Miss Supranational Philippines 2021 in July. She represented the country at the international pageant in August where she finished as part of the Top 12.
