Maureen Montagne 'full of gratitude' after winning Miss Globe 2021 crown

Maureen Montagne looked back on her pageant journey after winning the Philippines' second Miss Globe Crown.

On Instagram, Saturday, the Miss Globe 2021 shared a video of herself flexing the fierce and beautiful beauty queen that she is in stunning fits.

She also expressed her thoughts on her achievement.

"After six long years, we did it Philippines!" she wrote. "'Thank you for the outpouring love and support."

Reflecting on her experiences before getting crowned, she said that things fell into place despite the hardships amid the pandemic.

"All of our efforts were worth it, my heart is so full of gratitude! All of the work, the wishing, the waiting, and the praying has finally paid off," she said.

"I can't wait to embark on this next adventure as your Miss Globe 2021!" she added.

In the comments section, several queens showered her with love including Miss Eco International 2018 Thia Thomalla and Miss Universe Philippines Tourism Katrina Dimaranan.

Maureen was crowned Miss Globe 2021 at the pageant held in Tirana, Albania on Saturday morning.

The Philippines first bagged the crown and title in 2015 with Ann Colis.
