Following his transition, Elliot Page shares new passport photo

Elliot Page couldn’t be happier with his new passport picture.

The actor posted about the personal milestone on his Instagram page, saying, "Never thought I would love a passport photo."

 

The post currently has 1.4 million likes and is filled with supportive comments from fellow celebrities and fans.

Elliot came out as transgender in 2020 through an open letter on social media, and announced that his pronouns are he/they.

He is one of the stars of the top Netflix series “The Umbrella Academy,” and the show incorporated his transition into the story. His character, known as Vanya and referred to as female in the first two seasons, came out as a transgender man in the third season and now goes by Viktor. —Nika Roque/JCB, GMA News
