Celeste Cortesi gets real about pasarela training for Miss Universe

Celeste Cortesi just got real about her pasarela training for Miss Universe 2022.

In a YouTube video, the Philippine bet showed how she would sometimes fall on her knees as she works on perfecting her walk.

Despite this, Celeste said she would stand up immediately. She admitted feeling tired after walking for two hours already but is still thankful for the learnings she got.

"No matter how many times you fall, you always have to stand up with a smile," she said.

Celeste also gave a special mention to Miss Universe Philippines director Jonas Gaffud for teaching her techniques that made her walk "so much better."

"He also told me the importance of enjoying when I am on stage. As long as I am confident and I am enjoying every single step then I will be able to succeed," she said.

"My training is doing so well," she added. "This is only the beginning. Come walk with me on the road to Miss Universe."

Just recently, Celeste already gave a glimpse of the pasarela that she has been working hard on.

After winning Miss Universe Philippines last April 2022, Celeste will represent the Philippines in Miss Universe 2022 in New Orleans, Louisiana in January 2023.
