Celeste Cortesi sends her good luck to Miss Universe Philippines 2023 candidates

Celeste Cortesi sent her good luck to the Top 40 candidates of the Miss Universe Philippines 2023 pageant.

On Instagram, Sunday, the reigning Miss Universe Philippines posted a gorgeous portrait of herself clad in a pink ruffled gown.

"Good luck to all the beautiful women competing for [Miss Universe Philippines]," Celeste wrote.

"With or without a crown[,] you're all queens!" she added.

Last year, Celeste won the Miss Universe Philippines pageant. In the same year, the beauty queen from Cebu represented the Philippines in the Miss Universe competition held in New Orleans, where she failed to make it to the semifinals.

Meanwhile, USA's R'Bonney Gabriel was crowned Miss Universe and is the first Filipino-American queen to have the title.
