Vico Sotto may be the Mayor-elect of Pasig City but the 29-year-old son of Coney Reyes and Vic Sotto remains a fun-loving millennial at heart.
Posting a behind-the-scenes photo of his mom Coney pampering him at his proclamation, Vico greeted her a belated happy Mother's Day on Instagram.
"Thank you for being so supportive all throughout the gruelling campaign season," read a portion of his caption.
And then he added the cutest little thing: "I love you! No matter what happens, I will always be your baby!"
