Pauleen Luna shared a heartwarming birthday message for her daughter, Tali, who turned two on Wednesday, November 6.

On Instagram, Pauleen posted a photo of her with her husband, Vic Sotto, and their daughter, Tali.

Pauleen added that she's at her best simply because of Tali and Vic.

Baby Tali is Vic and Pauleen's firstborn. The couple recently celebrated their 8th anniversary together.
