Zoren Legaspi proudly shares that daughter Cassy is teaching him how to properly deadlift

It looks like father and daughter Zoren and Cassy Legaspi are keeping themselves fit amid the quarantine.

On Instagram, Zoren posted a photo of Cassy doing a deadlift and proudly said his daughter was teaching him how to do it right.

Tagging Cassy, Zoren said, "Cassy teaching me how to deadlift properly #strong #athelete #lifestyle #workout #homeworkout"

It seems like Cassy has been keeping herself fit through weight training.

In an older Instagram photo, the Kapuso celebrity was seen doing backs quats with the help of her trainer.

"Never gonna stop working hard," Cassy wrote in the caption of that post.
