Drew Arellano shared adorable photos of his sons Primo and Leon on Instagram, with Leo laughing and grinning ear to ear at his kuya.

"Kuya, I love you so much! You always crack me up! Don't tell anyone but I'm your biggest fan," Drew captioned with the hashtag "#siblinglove."
