KaladKaren now engaged to boyfriend of 8 years

While everyone is busy adding to their carts this Sept. 9, or 9/9 day for most shopping apps, one lucky person just snagged the best item in her life.

“OMG!!! After 8 years, we are ENGAGED! HUHUHUHU Na-add to cart ko na ... in my life!” shared KaladKaren on her Twitter Wednesday night.

Jervi Li, the TV personality who is also known as KaladKaren, happily announced her engagement with her English boyfriend Luke Wrightson.

KaladKaren also shared the great news on her Instagram. “Sa love, minsan kailangan mo lang maniwala... FINALLY!!!” she posted.

On her post, she included the hashtags #Engaged, #LoveWins and #TransLOVEmatters.

According to KaladKaren, the proposal happened right at their own balcony, as the couple have been staying together due to the lockdown.

“The man of my dreams asked me to marry him... in our own little balcony. It’s OFFICIAL! May... Nagkatuluyan!”

She also shared on a vlog post the details of the surprise proposal, including how Luke had been keeping the ring for quite some time now and just waiting for the perfect moment.
