Solenn Heussaff, Nico Bolzico tackle parenting myth that 'having a baby wrecks your sex life'

Solenn Heussaff and Nico Bolzico just got real about some parenting myths in their latest vlog post. 

Among the myths they talked about was the one about how having a baby can wreck a couple's sex life. 

"For me, after the women gives birth, it's on her time," Nico said.

The funny Argentine continued and said husbands should wait for as long as the moms may take "because we didn't go through pregnancy. We supported the pregnancy [and] that has nothing to do with going through pregnancy. So they are the bosses."

"If they want to go back to action, we should be ready. If they want to wait, we should be ready. If they wanna try and then stop, we should be ready. If they want to go in a different direction from before, we should be ready," Nico said.

Meanwhile, Solenn spoke her truth as someone who underwent C-section.

"Personally I am C-sectioned. I don't know but we are chopped down there," she said.

"I'm still a little bit scared and I'm not yet ready to be quite on this, and I know it's been a while and some moms are like, 'what the but' that's the truth," she admitted.

Another parenting myth they busted is how a baby "ruins your life."

According to Solenn said, having a baby "doesn't ruin your life. It changes your plans, logistics but it doesn't ruin your life."

Nico chimed in saying, having a baby made their lives a thousand better and it also made them a better person."

Solenn gave birth to Baby Thylane on January 1 but it wasn't until April that she finally shared her baby's adorable face on social media. — Jannielyn Ann Bigtas/LA, GMA News
