Rabiya Mateo’s boyfriend posts sweet birthday greeting for new Miss Universe Philippines

Miss Universe Philippines Rabiya Mateo just got the sweetest birthday greeting from her long-time boyfriend, Neil Salvacion.

In the caption of his Instagram post on Wednesday, Neil wrote a lengthy message to Rabiya telling her just how proud it makes him to see her achieve her dreams. 

He also told everyone how hard Rabiya has worked to get to where she is, and urged her to continue using her influence to spread kindness and optimism to the world.

According to pep.ph, Neil Salvacion is Rabiya’s first boyfriend and they have been together for six years.

Reports say he is currently working as a nurse, and he has been very supportive throughout his girlfriend’s pageant journey.
