Coney Reyes is super proud of Vico Sotto for being the people's choice awardee of People Asia Magazine

If Vico Sotto were our son, we'd be just as proud as Coney Reyes, too!

The Pasig Mayor's mom took to Instagram to share how proud she was of Vico for being the People's Choice Awardee of the magazine People Asia's annual list of People of the Year.

"Congratulations, son! I’m so proud of you!" The actress wrote as she posted the magazine's cover image featuring Vico.

People Asia's 2020 list also includes Cavite Governor Jonvic Remulla, Rep. Mikee Romero, and other awardees who "continue to spread a contagion of hope." 

DTI Secretary Ramon Lopez, Vice President Leni Robredo were both recognized as Special Awardees of the magazine.

In her post, Coney tagged the popular young mayor and used the hashtags #ThankYouLord, #GlorytoGod.
