Mocha Uson responds to Robin Padilla pregnancy rumors with workout vid

Mocha Uson has taken to social media to shut down reports claiming she was romantically involved with Robin Padilla.

The controversial blogger and Overseas Workers Welfare Administration Deputy Administrator responded to pregnancy rumors by posting a workout video with her bare abdomen on display.

“Buntis daw ako kay Robin? Wala pong katotohanan yang tsismis na yan. Napakabait po nung tao,” Uson said in the caption.

The government official also surmised that the rumors were spread by critics with a goal to spread lies about the Duterte administration.

“Nakakahiya naman kay idol Robin at Mariel. Sigurado ako ang nagpapakalat niyan ay yung mga bitter sa ating gobyerno,” Uson said.

“Alam ng lahat na ako at si sir Robin ay masugid na supporter ni Pangulong Duterte kaya nalang sinisiraan kami. Kulelat kasi sa survey ang pambato nilang si Robredo kaya kung anu-ano paninira ang iniimbento nila.  Lunch break! Workout na muna tayo!” she added.

Robin’s wife, Mariel Padilla, also dismissed the “baseless rumor” on Thursday.

The actress, host and mother to two of Robin’s children stressed that it was not the time to be “assholes” as her husband was still grieving over the death of his brother Royette.

“So many people are sending me messages… ‘checking; on me. People are tagging me bla bla bla… let me tell you this. ROBIN’S BROTHER PASSED AWAY. He is grieving. He has never been in so much pain all his life. He doesn’t need your baseless gossip,” Mariel wrote.

“Namatayan ng kapatid yung asawa ko. Please lang po. He doesn’t even know anything about all this rumor but I am putting a stop to this NOW. May oras para maging assholes now is not that time. Please,” she went on. – Margaret Claire Layug/RC, GMA News
