Andi Eigenmann and Philmar Alipayo give a sneak peek of their lovely Siargao home

Andi Eigenmann and her fiancé Philmar Alipayo are almost ready to show the world their lovely new home in Siargao island.

In a vlog she posted over the weekend, the actress and mom of three gave her fans a sneak-peek of the property, including the building's unfinished exterior as well as the spacious playroom-slash-study that she’s fixing up for her kids.

Andi also shared that the building will eventually become a bed and breakfast, but they plan to live in it first.

“So private residence muna namin siya ngayon, isang room lang yung ino-occupy namin [It’s currently our private residence. We’re only occupying one room],” she said..

Andi’s house update also includes shots of Philmar fixing up their yard, and adorable clips of her daughters Ellie and Lilo playing with their baby brother Koa.
