Catriona Gray writes a sweet birthday greeting to 'my love' Sam Milby

Catriona Gray just posted a cozy couple photo with partner Sam Milby on Instagram to greet him a happy birthday.

It showed the two out on holiday, with a thick forest behind them at the end of a bridge, the Miss Universe 2018 giving Sam a nice warm hug. 

"Happy birthday my love," she began as she tagged the actor. "So sad I can't be with you today to celebrate (even though you hate birthdays) but so thankful I get to do life with you," she said.

Cat ended her note with the acronym ILYSM, which is internet speak for "I love you so much."

Cat is currently in Australia with her parents, as Sam is presumably in Manila. 

Sam revealed their relationship last year on his birthday, saying the beauty queen was "worth every second of the wait."  Later in July, Catriona said they've been in a relationship even before the May revelation. — LA, GMA News
