Alice Dixson turns 52 as a mom, says it's her 'best birthday yet'

Alice Dixson has had 52 birthdays so far, but the latest one was the "best one yet."

The reason is clear: it was her first birthday as a mother.

On Instagram, Thursday, the "Legal Wives" actress shared a photo of herself back when she celebrated her 48th birthday and blew out her candles.

"You already know what my wish here was [right]!!" she wrote. "Looking back at this photo and now having my dream come true, every morning when I wake up smiling back at me makes me teary eyed thinking about the journey. How hopeful every year I was."

"This year, she is finally here to celebrate with me and every year after. My life has just begun. 52 - my best birthday yet," she added.

Last April, Alice shocked netizens when she announced that she has welcomed her first baby into the family.

The following month, she revealed that she now has a newborn daughter named Aura whom she welcomed through the process of surrogacy.

In a 2019 interview, Alice said that she and her long-time partner had tried to conceive, but they were unsuccessful, so they decided to go through the process of surrogacy. —Kaela Malig/JCB, GMA News
