Buboy Villar video-calls ex-partner Angillyn Gorens for their children’s birthday party

Buboy Villar and his American partner Angillyn Gorens split up more than three years ago, but he still made sure to include her in celebrating their children’s birthdays.

In a vlog entitled “PEBERTDEY (Kasama Dapat Nanay) Hindi pwedeng wala,” the comedy actor threw a simple party at home for his daughter, Vlanz Karollyn, who’s turning 4, and his son, George Michael, who turns 2 this year.

At one point, Buboy called Angillyn and pointed the camera at the kids so she could talk to them and watch them play.

Buboy said he and Angillyn were still on "good terms," and he continuously sends her updates her about Vlanz Karollyn and George Michael.

“Sa mga nagtatanong, lagi talaga kaming nakakapag-usap nitong si Angillyn, lalo na [pagdating] sa mga bata," he said.

"Syempre, lagi akong nagse-send sa kanya ng mga pictures, videos, kasi kapag hindi ko nagagawa yon, malamang, pag umuwi dito, may sabunot tayo," he added.

[For those asking, Angillyn and I talk often, especially when it comes to the kids. I'm always sending her their photos and videos because if I don't, for sure I'll get whack in the head when she comes over.]  

Buboy also said that, even though their relationship is over, he was still very grateful to have Angillyn in his life.

"[Ang] laking pasasalamat ko sa Diyos na natagpuan ko tong si Angillyn at, syempre, nakapag-anak kami, nakapag-anak siya ng ganito kagandang gwapong bata," he said.

[I'm so thankful to God that I found Angillyn and that we were able to bear children, that she was able to bear such beautiful children.]

The ex-partners even cracked jokes during the call, with Angillyn telling Buboy, "Pasalamat ka na lang sa mukha ko!"

In October 2020, Buboy Villar revealed that he and Angillyn have been separated for two years.
