Sunshine Cruz described Macky Mathay as a "supportive and loving partner" as the two celebrated their fifth anniversary together.

On Friday, the actress shared sweet photos of them together with her daughters and his children.

"I wasn’t just blessed with a supportive and loving partner but I also gained three additional angels," Sunshine wrote. "Thank you for being supportive and caring to me and the girls. Thank you for being one of my inspirations to always try to be a better version of myself. Thank you for always believing in me."

The actress expressed her gratitude for Macky and his children, Ro, Cole, and Charlie, who she said were a blessing to her and her daughters.

"Happy 5th Anniversary to us my Macky! I love you! We love you!" Sunshine added.

As a reply, Macky reshared Sunshine's post on his Instagram stories with the caption, "5th. Mahal na mahal kita (I love you so much)."

Earlier this year, Sunshine thanked Macky for "being the best father figure" to her daughters.

The two got together after Macky, Ara Mina's half-brother, messaged Sunshine when she and Ara were together in Brunei.

Sunshine was married to Cesar Montano for 15 years. They have three daughters, namely Angelina, Samantha and Franchesca.
