Heart Evangelista spends Christmas with Chiz and his twins, says it's the 'best gift'

Heart Evangelista looked back on the past year as she celebrated Christmas with her husband Chiz Escudero and his twins, Chesi and Quin.

In an Instagram post on Saturday, the Queen of Creative Collaboration greeted her fans a Merry Christmas and said "same time last year, everything was different."

"The big shift in our lives made me practice gratitude even more and express my love to my family every single moment," she said.

"To celebrate this very special holiday with them is the best gift I could ever receive. Have a blessed Christmas, everyone!" she added.
