Andi Eigenmann on her surf school, snack bar with Philmar Alipayo: 'Symbolic of how far we've come'

Andi Eigenmann is nothing but grateful after she and Philmar Alipayo opened a surf school and snack bar in Siargao.

In an Instagram post, Andi shared a photo of them standing inside the Kanaway Surf School a month after they first formally launched it.

"Both our first business venture, although separate, we're doin it together! Symbolic of how far we've come, from constant conversations about our dreams, helping each other and taking steps to achieve them. This is one of them materialized," she said.

Andi also said that their relationship didn't "go the same order" as others, but that there is no rule book to it. Additionally, she said that their kids were the reason that they made it this far.

"This life was and is never just always bathed in sunshine, but I am grateful things happened the way they all did because I wouldn't have it any other way. I am more than happy to be sharing this with them all," she said.

Andi and Philmar launched the Kanaway Surf School and Kanaway Surf Bar last April.

The couple, who announced their engagement in December 2020, have two children together, Lilo and Koa. Andi has another child she shares with ex-boyfriend Jake Ejercito named Ellie. —JCB, GMA News
