Team Kramer holds groundbreaking event for new house project

Team Kramer has a new residential project up their sleeves.

In Doug’s Instagram Reel, he revealed that their family is working on another "house project.”

The video shows Doug, Chesca, Kendra, Scarlett, and Gavin with shovels during the groundbreaking. Doug also popped a bottle of champagne after.

Ever since Team Kramer’s house tour video came out in 2019, Filipinos have been calling it their “house goals.” The mountaintop mansion has an infinity pool, theater, elevator, office, gym, playroom, and many more features. 

The family also has their own condo which they completely transformed to fit their taste and aesthetic.

Last year, Doug and Chesca said they were building another dream home for a build-and-sell project.
