1. Bayleaf Restaurant and Bar

The most wonderful time of the year deserves a special noche buena spread and the Bayleaf Restaurant and Bar in St. Giles Hotel has a Yuletide Fete (P688) where you can choose from grilled salmon or chicken kiev for you entrée, and other specialties.

2. Seven Corners 

You won’t be able to resist the hearty mix of grilled prime rib steak, fresh and flavorful Japanese sushi, and a scrumptious spread of Western and Asian fare in Seven Corners Restaurant’s Merry and Bright holiday buffet, available on December 24 for dinner, 25 for lunch, and 31 for dinner. The P2,700 nett rate per person is inclusive of unlimited beverages such as iced tea, chilled juices, soda, as well as local beers and featured wines.

3. Spiral

Let your taste buds travel around the world and experience the international flavors across the 21 dining ateliers of Spiral. You’ll salivate over choices like Roast Turkey with Cranberry Sauce, Beef Wellington, Lobster Thermidor, Beef Prime Rib, Foie Gras with Bell Pepper Jam, French Oysters, Savory Capelin Caviar, and a rich selection of seafood favorites. Relish these Holiday Specials on December 24, lunch (P2,900) or dinner (P5,550), or December 25, brunch (P4,950) or dinner (P3,750). Your dining experience will be made more extraordinary with the serenading music from Hans Dimayuga and Diday Garcellano of The Voice Philippines.

Come New Year’s Eve, Spiral transforms into a Mardi Gras-like carnival to celebrate the festivities. A glass of Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne and live entertainment await the guests during New Year’s Eve Dinner (P7,699). There’s also an option to get the New Year’s Day Dinner featuring a glass of sparkling wine or your choice of 3 cocktails set (P3,550); or New Year’s Day Brunch featuring free-flowing champagne, selection of beers and sparkling wine (P4,250).

4. Misto

Misto at Seda Vertis North has quite a buffet spread for Christmas eve dinner (P2,200), Christmas day lunch (P1,800) and Christmas day dinner (P1,650). Among the delicious dishes on offer include baked clams, short ribs, lamb osso bucco, and the famous holiday ham. Topping everything off is the lechon carving station.

5. Gringo

Famous for its flame-grilled chicken and ribs that’s easy on the pocket, Gringo makes it easy for diners to enjoy these through their Hola-Day Boards. This homegrown establishment has three kinds of boards that you can share with family and friends. The Classic Board brings together their world-famous juicy, tangy, lemony, roasted chicken and fall-off-the-bone baby back ribs drenched in home-style BBQ sauce. 6. Xin Tian Di

 

At this premium Chinese dining hotspot, Xin Tian Di, you can enjoy a ten-person feast with the signature Peking duck and array of dimsum in the limelight. This Warm and Radiant festive set menu (P31,888 nett) is available until January 2, 2019.

7. Oasis

Too much food? Do high tea at Oasis Garden Café instead.  It has on offer the Festive Afternoon Tea (P1,388+) where guests can partake of pretty plates filled with sweet and savory treats, not to mention its offerings of Wine Buffet and Make Your Own Sangria.

Try to schedule your visit during December 24 and 25 from 6 to 8:15pm and on the 31st from 8pm until 12:15am of New Year’s Day, so you can be entertained by OPM artists like Shiela Valderama-Martinez, Carla Guevarra-Laforteza, Cris Villonco, David Ezra and Gian Magdangal while they serenade you with inspiring music.

Dress up and make your way to The Tasting Room where you can get either a five-course (P8,400+) or a four-course (P7,100+) menu from December 23 to 31. Vino lovers would appreciate its option for wine pairing! Some of the dish highlights include artichoke and foie gras, lobster bisque, macaroni truffles, and mallard duck breast. As an extra treat, diners will be given a Mexican hot chocolate cube and a lemon cake as a door gift.
