Here's how to make Katrina Halili's fried egg rolls perfect for merienda

Katrina Halili guested on "ECQusina" and shared how to make a scrumptious snack with just eggs, mushroom and a pita bread.

According to the actress, you start by chopping mushrooms, then sauté them in a heated pan.

After scrambling two eggs with chopped garlic, black pepper and salt, place the scrambled egg on top of the mushroom, making a perfect circle on the pan.

Add a few more slices of mushrooms on top of the egg.

While the eggs are cooking, Katrina demonstrated how to place salsa sauce on a piece of pita bread before putting it on top of the eggs.

"Kailangan natin siya i-flatten," the actress said as she pressed the spatula on top of the bread.

Afterwards, simply flip it over so the pita bread can be heated. When everything is all good, place the dish on a separate plate, roll it, slice it and, voila! You now have yummy fried egg rolls for merienda!

"ECQusina" is an online show that Kara David hosts on Facebook, where she teaches viewers how to make tasty dishes using daily grocery items at home.
